CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation I require a minimum of a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in 50% of your appointment fee. Missed appointments A missed appointment with out communication can result in 50% of the appointment cost. Two no shows will put you on the do not schedule list. Late arrivals If you are later than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it can result in your services being canceled and your card being charged the no show fee of 50%. Not arriving on time can keep you from receiving full treatment and you will still be charged for the full service. Appointments are scheduled accordingly and running late will hinder others scheduled times. Communication is key to everything. Keep me updated if you are running late.
